Cancellation policy- 24 hours notice

Last minute services (within 24 hours)

Scheduling-Last minute services, submit request and it helps to write a message in conversation or call

When scheduling services for the week (if not on auto-schedule) please put them in a week in advance, latest by Saturday or Sunday morning for the next week. This ensures the requests get processed and the walkers also know their days off, and when they work.

For almost overnights at least two weeks in advance or more they book up fast on the weekends. For holidays put in your pet sitting as soon as you know.

When needing to cancel a service or move a date or reschedule go on time to pet hit new request and then the third button down is red and says change request, that goes up to my scheduling feed, verses me scrolling under conversations, that will take me longer to see it.
