  • While we strive to provide the highest level of care, Kate’s K9 Pet Care is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or losses that occur during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Pet owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) to property, other animals, or individuals.

  • In the event of a medical emergency involving your pet, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you or your designated emergency contact.
  • If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your pet at your expense.
