All standard Kate’s K9 services are eligible, including dog walking, drop-in visits, cat care, puppy visits, and vacation coverage.
How do I verify my residency?
You’ll provide your building name and unit during sign-up. In some cases, we may request a quick confirmation such as a resident portal email, lease document, or concierge verification.
Is the 20% discount applied automatically?
Yes. Once your residency is verified, the discount is automatically applied to your bookings and reflected in your confirmation.
Can non-residents use this page?
Yes. Anyone may inquire or book services, but the 20% Bozzuto resident discount requires residency verification.
How quickly can I start services?
Most new clients can begin within 24–48 hours after a brief Meet & Greet.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute visits?
When availability allows. Contact support and we’ll confirm as quickly as possible.
Are there any fees not covered by the 20% discount?
The discount applies to service rates. Certain add-ons—such as holiday surcharges or special requests—may be excluded and are clearly shown at checkout.

Tips are optional and are not discounted. You can add a tip through the client portal after visits are completed.
How do you handle building access and keys?
We coordinate with your building’s concierge, lockbox systems, or secure key handoff. All access details are finalized after the Meet & Greet.
Will I receive updates about my pet?
Absolutely. After every visit, you’ll receive visit summaries, photos, and GPS walk notes (when applicable).
Do you follow building rules and quiet hours?
Yes. Our team strictly follows all building pet policies, access rules, and quiet hours.
What if my pet has special needs?
No problem. Medication schedules, special routines, and care instructions are collected during onboarding and followed carefully.
What happens in an emergency?
